creativity and innovation
Improvisers come up with countless ideas when creating performances. This is enabled by several skills and specific impro techniques that can also be used offstage. During this workshop:
- we identify elements that strengthen the group creative process
- We map the behaviors that kill this process
- develop important qualities related to creativity (such as fluency, flexibility and originality of thinking)
- we learn specific techniques so that the team can come up with more, more diverse ideas.
During the workshop we will work on creativity both individually and as a group. We will identify the habits of one's thinking and work together to find effective ways to step outside our own boxes.
what the classes are like
The classes take the form of interactive workshops. This means that instead of sitting and taking notes, there will be games, activities and creative tasks. Through these exercises, we will draw conclusions about our thinking habits and emotions related to the creative process. We will grow while having fun at the same time.
why it's worth it
Classes in applied improvisation can be found in the programs of such prestigious universities as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Stanford and the University of California (UCLA). Improvisation is also taught to future leaders in MBA programs, as well as employees of the most recognizable companies, e.g. Google, Microsoft and Pixar. Why? Because impro combines practical development of key soft skills and creativity with an interactive, relaxed classroom format.
Customer Testimonials:
- "I definitely recommend the impro workshop as a great tool to exercise creativity, work better in a team, come up with ideas out of the box, and as an opportunity to test your skills under the guidance of an experienced instructor." Szymon Paterek, Brand Manager, GlaxoSmithKline
- "The workshop allowed us to improvise, something that is unlikely to be allowed in the financial field. I found that improvisation reveals creativity." Aleksandra Moszczynska Expert Omnichannel Department, mBank
- "Applied improvisation should be a basic and mandatory crossover for future, as well as current, leaders. It teaches many of the values necessary to work in a team, but above all it focuses on the aspects most desired by 21st century managers, i.e. honesty, openness to innovation, stimulating creativity in the team, understanding the meaning and being fully agile, developing emotional intelligence." Liwia Michalczewska, GCC QualOPS QA, Wipro Ltd.
