Workshops for teams and companies
We implement classes both in the classroom formula and online workshops.

Integration of the team and development of cooperation

Integration workshops for more than 100 people from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary were one of the elements of the all-day event centered around the theme of improvisation in business. In addition, we held a webinar with comedy elements and a dedicated performance in English.

Alexander Pruzinski, Head of Service Excellence

Impro classes are one of the best methods I've learned so far to integrate a team, have fun together, and at the same time think about how we can work better together and open up to the team's creativity. I recommend it to any team.

development of soft skills during a series of workshops

In December 2020, we conducted a series of applied improvisation workshops with the BOLD team. We worked on creativity, collaboration and improving the effectiveness of the project team's brainstorming.

Mariusz Dobrzanski, UX Team Leader

As the head of the design department, I saw how good an impact the improv workshops held had. Immediately after them we had a Design Sprint and while working on projects, a total new quality and a mass of ideas emerged. Since we now work remotely, it's also a perfect tool to integrate people we haven't seen before.

creativity and innovation

The workshop consisted of two parts. In the first, participants developed their creativity and learned about improvisation techniques, thanks to which they are able to come up with more and more diverse ideas. Then we conducted brainstorming sessions on selected client case studies.

Lukasz Swiech, Senior Product Manager,

A truly innovative approach to creativity development! Phenomenal workshop.

Method recommended by business

Now, more than ever, organizations need managers and employees who can think "hot" and experiment outside of clearly delineated patterns. Improvisation is not an innate skill, it can be learned and should be developed. Those leaders who assume otherwise will be left behind.

Nowadays, being a leader is stressful. Every day you have to analyze and react to the ever-changing reality. On good days, everything works as it should. But on worse days, things fall apart before your eyes. Anxiety is an inherent component of uncertainty, and you can't escape it. But you can accept it and turn it into positive action. This is what improvisation will help you do.

To be an effective manager you need to be able to build a connection between what you know and what you don't know. The latter is much easier to find and identify when you are outside your comfort zone. That's why improv classes can be found today at top business schools such as Duke, MIT, UCLA and Stanford. And last July, the University of Notre Dame joined the ranks with its Executive MBA.

Unproductive meetings, poor leadership and poor communication are no joke. In contrast, some organizations are using comedy to help their teams notice and correct deficits in these fields. These companies hire improv coaches to develop communication, cooperation and leadership skills in employees.

Companies such as Google, Farmers Insurance and Dow Chemical use improvisation techniques to develop creativity, collaboration and and communication. This is crucial because MBA graduates leave school well equipped with hard skills but no longer necessarily soft skills.

Managers focused on developing creativity often use the popular phrase "go outside the box." They do this to encourage employees to look for original solutions. But improviser Patricia Ryan Madson has a better idea: "See what your schema is and look at it with fresh, innovative eyes.

Feedback from our workshop participants:

Sensational workshops. A new quality of team integration. "Must-have" when you care about building positive relationships with people, when you are an aspiring perfectionist, when you just want to loosen up and be yourself.

Olga Zalecka, PR Manager, B/S/H

Applied improvisation should be a basic and mandatory crossover for future, as well as current, leaders. It teaches many of the values necessary for teamwork, but primarily focuses on the aspects most desired by 21st century managers, i.e. honesty, openness to innovation, fostering creativity in the team, understanding the meaning and being fully agile, developing emotional intelligence.

Liwia Michalczewska, GCC QualOPS QA, Wipro Ltd.

"Workshops on improvisation techniques in business should be mandatory in every company. These are seemingly simple things, but we tend to forget about them on a daily basis (unfortunately). For me it was a very refreshing and joyful experience!"

Agnieszka Wróblewska, deputy editor-in-chief, LNE

The workshop on applied improvisation showed that it is a valuable tool to work with both in establishing one's position in the company, as well as in managing the team in a creative way.

Karolina Suszyńska, Head of Clinical Trial Recruitment,
PhD, MBA, DBA, KO-MED Clinical Centers

I wholeheartedly recommend improvisation classes. They helped me understand that things don't always have to go exactly my way, sometimes I should be open to other people's options and ideas.

Bogna Michalak, Manager, Deloitte Digital

I had the pleasure of working with Bart while organizing an impro workshop at our place at Google. Bart proved to be extremely patient and flexible at every stage of discussing the details of the workshop. The workshop turned out to be the hit of the season!

Karina Slezak, Content Designer, Google Poland

I participated in the improvisation workshop with my team and I am delighted! The level of preparation of the presenter was very high, his ability to combine fun, improvisation with experiential learning (and still create an atmosphere of safety and comfort!) is something wonderful! I highly recommend to any team!

Anna, CIC Warsaw, Cambridge Innovation Center
