The classes focus on developing interpersonal skills, social competence and individual skills such as empathy, active listening and creativity. We can say that it is intellectual yoga for the development of emotional intelligence. During several workshop meetings we have the opportunity to learn about our habits, which become active in new and unexpected situations.
During the preparation of classes, we adapt to a particular field of study or profile. We have implemented courses focused on the development of soft skills useful in job interviews, public speaking or working in modern organizations.
Classes in applied improvisation can be found in the programs of such prestigious universities as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Stanford and the University of California (UCLA). Improvisation is also taught to future leaders in MBA programs, as well as employees of the most recognizable companies, e.g. Google, Microsoft and Pixar. Why? Because impro combines practical development of key soft skills with an interactive, relaxed classroom format.
The course takes the form of interactive workshops. This means that instead of sitting and taking notes, there will be games, activities and movement in front of screens! Through these exercises we will draw conclusions about our action habits and emotions. We will grow, but also have fun.
