natural public speaking course

A class that presents techniques to help you tame the stress of presentations, tell better stories and be natural during unplanned situations. We work on HOW we present content. The workshop takes place in a relaxed atmosphere of games and activities that, clearly demonstrate specific habits of the participants and show them how to keep their answers calm and brilliant during lectures and meetings with clients. We will prove to you that stage fright only has big eyes.

what topics are covered in the classes

  • Why we feel stage fright and how to deal with it
  • finding your own presentation style that makes you feel comfortable
  • Listening and attentiveness as the key to staying in touch with your audience
  • Evaluating yourself and reacting to a mistake - don't add stress to yourself
  • the strength of intention with which we speak
  • natural confidence

recommendations of female participants

  • "The classes were very enjoyable, through fun and seemingly insignificant tasks you could disenchant the nightmare that is for most of us presenting in front of an audience." Olga, PJATK student
  • "Such classes should be held at every university at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Not only do they help you develop when it comes to speaking, but they also increase your confidence and willingness to cooperate - which is very important these days. Especially in the case of the industry to which my major belongs. This was a class that I would be very happy to repeat again if only the opportunity arose. It's also worth mentioning that these were the only classes where you didn't have to ask for cameras or microphones to be turned on. It was a pleasure to work together. Eliza Kołeczek, student of New Media Art, M.A., PJATK
  • "The classes on applied improvisation were extremely developing in terms of building confidence for spoken presentations, as well as honing the ability to get out of , "difficult" situations without any special damage to the overall speech. I can definitely consider them useful, especially for beginners in the world of presenting, for example, oneself, as well as for people who need to work on mastering stress during public speaking." Joanna Baska, second-year master's student at the Faculty of New Media Arts at PJATK
